Yotam Ottolenghi is crazy popular around here. We (and our customers) can’t get enough of his cookbooks featured here is Plenty, his wonderful ode to vegetarian cooking. Check out this gorgeous Caramelized Garlic Tart with snap peas and shallots that we made.


This tart is featured in a Pillivuyt fluted tart dish. We’re obsessed.
